How to record PL email exchanges (even if brief) in Airtable:

Personal Librarian will be a choice if you enter a number in the ‘undergraduate’ field. Please continue to enter the total number of undergraduate inquiries in the undergraduate field, and use the new field to indicate how many of those came through the personal librarian program. Use these instructions for in person or Zoom interactions.
